Welcome to the website of the MIXPAR project (MIXed PARadigms), funded by the Czech Science Foundation (GAČR, project no. 24-10205S) and hosted by the Department of Romance Studies, Faculty of Arts, Charles University.
The project investigates mixed perfective auxiliation systems in Italo-Romance dialects, focusing on the alternation between essere (‘be’) and avere (‘have’) within the same paradigms. It combines morphological, dialectological, and quantitative approaches to document and explain this phenomenon.
For more information, see the sections About, Mixed Paradigms, and Research Outputs.
